We took pictures and asked the front desk to take pictures and find us another room. They did both but when we asked for a refund they said they couldn't because we booked the room through Hotels.com."

"We booked the standard queen sized room, and it was extremely tiny. Felt like a broom closet and the bathroom was so small it was almost unusable, it looked nothing like the pictures unfortunately. We spent $150 on the room for one night, and it's just not worth the price compared to competitors. If you're looking for something in that price range to stay for a night, book elsewhere."
