「I’d like to give them a higher rating because every time a problem popped up they worked to solve it! But when we arrived four hours after check-in time last Sunday, the owner seemed to have no advance notice of our week-long booking. The apartment wasn’t cleaned yet and a family member was taking a shower. They were very apologetic about it and we waited about an hour before moving in. We did like the location and the unit was fine overall!」

「We had an excellent stay and found our contact to be very responsive. We were given giving a bit of a late checkout which was very much appreciated!」

「This place offers the bare minimum to guests and feels depressing. It technically has all the things it says, but the air conditioning is on the porch and not the bedroom or main area of the house, the kitchen exists but isn’t stocked enough to cook in, and the kayaks are there but you have to walk through 10 feet of mud to get in the lake. It’s on a main road and is loud. It’s not peaceful, so we complained about all of these things and left after one hour. It was worth going to a better place...

「Steven and Katie have wonderful hospitality. They were quick to ask if I needed any additional things to make my stay better. Upon arrival the space was clean, quiet and safe. The yard was lush, teeming with birds and very calming. The skylight window above the bed brought me so much comfort.
