The place was easy to get to, close to lots of stores and restaurants, and had a homey feel. We loved staying for the month, even during the off-season!

The condo was great! Spacious and inviting. We really enjoyed our 9 days there. Great location for us, and plenty of space to relax and work. The pool was closed for the season (only open Memorial Day to Labor Day), but we wouldn’t have used it anyway as it was too cold outside. The host was more than accommodating at our last minute request to stay a couple extra nights. We were in town for a funeral and it gave us a great place to work on projects like picture boards, and close to many amenities we needed. We would love to stay there again, hopefully under better circumstances.

Beautiful condo! It was very clean and comfortable. Nice assortment of tea, coffee, and cider k-cups. We enjoyed our stay and walks out by Spring Lake. It was a short driving distance to Grand Haven downtown and state park beach. We will rent again when visiting Grand Haven!

This property is safe , quiet, easy parking and transportation. It takes fifteen minutes from this property to the Grand Haven State Park, one of the most beautiful beaches.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Everything on the listing was accurate and the property was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and there were even fans provided for added comfort. The pool was an added bonus and was clean and everyone was very friendly. It was a little bit of a walk but you get to walk through the marina. Downtown Grand Haven is very close and easy to get to as well as several beaches and parks. There are even a few places to get a bite to eat that are within walking distance to the property.

Great place

We LOVED the condo. It was very clean & quaint. The location was perfect for being in Spring Lake yet easy to get to Grand Haven. The busy road next to it was a bit loud but all the positives outweighed the noise. I would definitely stay there again!

Emergency stay

We had to get a place due to water damage to our home. This unit was great, being close to our home and had everything we needed. Owners were very helpful and fixed several issue that occurred during our stay.

Top Notch

Excellent condo. Modern, spotlessly clean with a well-stocked kitchen. Quiet property and in a great location for everything Grand Haven & Spring Lake have to offer. Owners are very friendly and responsive and also provide excellent instructions for check-in, check-out, things to do in area, etc. (cart for moving your bags from vehicle to unit was great to have as well). Do not hesitate to stay here!

Very clean and has everything you need!

The condo was great. Super clean, lots of nice touches like a sound machine, beach stuff, plenty of kitchen supplies, super comfy beds and even toiletries. We enjoyed our time here. If there was anything we didn’t love, it was the size of the balcony — could barely fit two people on it. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to eat outside as a family. Also, the pool location. While the listing does say “pool access” it didn’t occur to us that it wouldn’t be on the condo grounds. With small kids and all their pool stuff, it was enough of a walk that we ended up driving to the pool most of the time. Same thing with the grills, which are located at the pool. If you plan to eat outside, you’ll either need a wagon or a car to transport all your dinner fixings. The pool was nice though and everyone we met was really friendly. Overall the hosts were very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location, beautiful accommodations

Our family enjoyed our stay! The location on the marina was fantastic, always something to do- from fishing and swimming to walks and the playground close by. The apartment was fresh and clean and had just about everything we needed. The hosts communication was quick and very helpful.

The perfect home away from home

This adorable condo was perfect for our family getaway! It was so cute and clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and even chairs and towels to take to the beach. We’ll definitely be back.
