「We had a great stay. This is a very clean house right on the river. It's walkable to a nearby restaurant, park, and marina. There are several kayaks on the ground floor and a dock to launch them. Lots of seating on the ground floor, outside, and on the second-floor deck. There's a hot tub on the ground floor as well. We saw manatees and dolphins every day we were there. Be sure and kayak or boat upriver. There are several great spots to pull over and swim.」

「Couldn't be happier! The house was exactly as described in the listing. Lots of space, super clean, and the host was very welcoming and responsive. There were seven kayaks and two paddleboards available and enough paddles for each. The location was perfect! Just a short paddle from hospital hole. We took a day to paddle to the springs state park, and all of us will remember that day forever. If you're looking for a place on the springs, you should stop looking. 」
