"This location has so much to offer! Beautiful sights near Joshua Tree National Park, and lots of opportunities to see local wildlife. While the heatwave we experienced was nothing new to us having lived in the area for several years, I would caution anyone new to the area to plan accordingly if booking in the summer months. The combination of swamp cooler, and AC did help keep us comfortable when inside. We also made great use of the pool, but didn’t get to do as much exploring as we had hoped. That was entirely on our part and not the host’s, we just had so many other things planned in the area visiting our old haunts, and friends. Host was attentive, and gives a great tour of the location with lots of insights upon check in,"

"What a hidden gem! We are so glad we found it.Nothing but amazing things to say about the quality of the property and the hosts. For future guests, I would offer the following:- Don't sleep on The Rib Co. (Probably the best chicken tenders I've had - get then naked with the sauce on the side) - ribs are good too- Desert winds are no joke, so take all of the things Todd and Leslie say about safety seriously- The hosts live next door, but we never saw them after the check-in- Take the cushioned chairs out from under the porch and watch the stars, they're amazing (we were there during the new moon so it was extra dark)- 29 Palms is a fun town, so make sure you check out all that the local artists and business have to offerTruly a great stay, and cannot say enough wonderful things about it."

"The hosts were amazing. They made themselves available whenever possible and were very attentive through out our stay. The inside accommodations were great, the bedrooms were beautiful. It was a bit dusty, but nothing to prevent us from going back. The only thing that I wish would have been more clear is that the pool was an above ground pool and although it seems like a big lot, the neighbors were actually closer than we expected. But would 100% stay there again. Thank you."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is absolutely beautiful! We listened to records each night and soaked in the hot tub after our hikes. We did some star gazing with the telescope and climbed the boulders behind the house to watch sunset. Sunrise from the porch was beautiful!"
