We stayed in the traditional studio, and we couldn't be happier with it; it was clean and spacious. Split can be quite costly, so we appreciated that the property had a fully equipped kitchen with all the essential utensils, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, and even a washing machine. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of all major attractions, yet remains very quiet and private. Communication with the owner was excellent, offering numerous helpful recommendations.

We stayed at Victoria luxury rooms for 3 nights and we loved it! Convenient location, short walk to Riva Promenade and all other sites in Split. Apartment is clean and spacious. WiFi is slow and sometimes hard to connect. Good water pressure but ran out of hot water while showering. No daily housekeeping but they provided us with fresh towels upon request. Yvanka is very helpful. Roma provided us with good recommendation around the area. There’s a convenience store across the street. Great location!

Toma foi um excelente host, super atenciosofoi nos buscar num estacionamento , pois não dá para achar o apartamento pela localização do google maps, e nos deu boas dica sobre o que fazer e onde ir. Faltou apensas o ferro de passar e o check out é muito cedo 10h

Overall great location and very clean room

Pros: - Excellent location - Room was very clean and tidy - Great bed - Air condition worked perfectly - Host was kind and helpful Cons: - Commucation before trip was hard - There is no kitchenware, cutleries, wine glasses etc. - Housekeeping is not included even on long stays. This was a bit disappointing, because there was no cleaning supplies, toilet paper, clean glasses etc. in our room - Building was noisy on nights Summary: I would recommend room for a shorter vacations than our six nights stay.

Great stay!

A great stay in a centrally located area of the old town, everything is walkable. Lovely room with all the conveniences you'd need, a really lovely space. Great communication with the host too. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed at this property for 2 weeks as a solo traveller. Got an uber from the airport and check in was smooth. Operator sent many recommendations through WhatsApp which were very helpful. It’s a guesthouse so it’s a room in a house with others in other rooms. Very clean and quiet in a great area which was walkable to everything. Only a few minutes walk to major attractions. Busses available nearby. Halfway through my stay I requested cleaning and fresh towels which was done no problem. The operators were available by WhatsApp for any questions. Air conditioning was much appreciated and could be controlled. Kitchen with supplies was useful and there was even a clothes washer was in the room. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment looked like the photos and was very clean. Walking distance to everything. The host met us at arrival and was very responsive throughout the stay. Would definetly come back.

Beautiful room in great location

Beautifully decorated room with all you would expect in facilities at good quality. Really convenient to walk into old town without the busy tourist traffic here. Very nice welcome and very helpful. The main concern is noisy building/neighbours at night so can be a problem if you are a light sleeper

Our queen rooms were fantastic. They were clean, spacious, comfortable and private. The location is in easy reach of the old town, harbour and bus station. Our host met us and was very welcoming and helpful. He gave us lots of recommendations to help us enjoy our stay.
