Highly Recommended Stay in Split

We had an amazing time at this accommodation. The house is very spacious and clean for a couple to stay, and Toma is super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the old town of Split, making it a very pleasant stay during the hot summer. Highly recommended!

The property is amazing, everything you need, like an apt in NY! Shopping close by, ferry, bus, tours a short walk away. Get walking directions before you arrive.

Great, comfortable stay

Less than a 10 minute walk to the old town so very convienient. Toma was so helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The apartment was nicely decorated and modern which we were impressed with, we just noticed a couple of areas that could have had a little more attention with cleaning. But overall great stay for the great price and would stay again if we came back to split!

Apartment was very clean and well provisioned. In a quiet area. Great number of outlets. Location was quiet and reasonably close to beach and restaurants. Some stairs and inclines to get to the location. .

Close to the city centre with clean beds, comfortable enough accommodation including a sofa bed, and a nice bathroom. We were also able to check in early, which was appreciated. There were a few issues during the stay. The sofa bed had not been made up on arrival, however after notifying the owner they sent someone and were apologetic. There was also very little privacy for sleeping on the sofa bed, as it was positioned beside the main door. The apartment we stayed in was at the side via the wooden gate, and the door was framed with glass so it was visible through it, meaning people could potentially see inside while someone was sleeping there, which felt uncomfortable as there was no blind or covering. The fridge is only a small minibar-style fridge, so storage space is limited, and there was also a damp smell in the main bedroom. Overall, the apartment would be decent for a short stay and the host responded when the sofa bed issue was raised, but a few improvements regarding privacy, the bedroom smell, and kitchen facilities would make the stay much more comfortable.

Good, but not that good. positive: New appartement , quiet street, only walking area. Laundry machine. Walking distance to restaurants. Negative: not that clean, really small fridge (minibar), space too small for three people (no place for walking around). When we left we had to pay cleaning fee. I new we had to pay tourism tax, but they added also a cleaning fee.

Overal it was not a bad stay honestly The location is amazing! The place was exactly as on photo’s advertised! Only little personal issues because I am very sensitive high allergic person - the place was a bit dusty when I arrived - the average person will not noticed this - So I cleaned dust everything myself than it was oke - I noticed the dust came from outside via small tiny holes ( because hotel was cleaned! ) because the location how its situated was dust or sand from outside - when we arrived we noticed little black dots in the bathroom thinking it was dust - The next day was heavy rain and pipes outside and street was alt of water and there was a mouse inside thats where the black dots are from - place is oke but bit small to stay with my child and we did not mention the child the mouse to effect our stay. ( I booked cheap deal so price wise we should not complain) - Owner was really kind and helpfull and solved all our problems - We were lucky to be moved to another account this was CLEAN No mouses Spaces and also nice location ( Don't get me wrong about the mouse it was not an hygienic problem its was really heavy storm and ground water rises up and construction of pipes building allows the mouse inside A little suggestion for the owner: the bedroom does bot have curtain so its light and everyone from outside can peek inside Also the living room can use blind it was very bright - there many local supermarkets nearby
