Very nice and big room, great staff and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful in a nice courtyard. Inside the old city but not difficult to get to if luggage is reasonable to manage.

Can't beat the location right inside the palace. Parking is difficult but the staff is super helpful in figuring it out. The staff were awesome and the rooms were overall good. Due to the location you can potentially hear music from your room from the restaurant and bars if you're on the lower floor or your room is facing certain directions. The staff is very helpful if you let them know to be sure you're not in a room that could be noisy. Our room was very quiet but our friends room got a lot of noise from outside.

The property is located inside the palace walls and is an experience on its own. Rooms are tiny though and the jet tub in the bathroom did not work . It’s good for a nights stay and breakfast was ok

This was a pleasant stay and unique location right inside the palace walls. The staff were helpful depending on who was at the front desk. Some girls were nicer and more accommodating with information than others. The breakfast buffet was over the top!!

We booked this hotel last minute after our other accommodations cancelled on us and were so glad we did. Right in the middle of the old town within walking distance to everything. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

The location of the property was ideal , easy to get to and from, just off the main cellar entry. The Staff were great, helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the maintenance of the property let them down. Lights didn't work, no shower head holder at high level, low level shower holder was faulty causing random spray of water all over the windows and floor. Several lamps nor working. Cord on kettle too short, had to boil water on the floor. Door handles loose.

Room was spotless! Location was excellent, very quiet. The staff manning the front desk were very helpful by answering questions, providing directions and recommendations. The included breakfast was very nice, with an outside patio. I highly recommend.

Amazing Location if you’re getting there on a cab and don’t mind to carry some luggage through an old town. Not the best if you’re traveling in a car, but it’s doable as we did. The staff was very kind and helpful and breakfast had amazing pastries.
