Romantic and clean one-bedroom apartment at the premium location in the very heart of Split.
You're within short walking range to majority of Split landmarks and few beaches, so there's no need for car at all.
**** About the apartment:
Our apartment is modern and air-conditioned 25 m2 one-bedroom apartment, located in the very heart of Split.
It's in the traditional stone house on the ground floor in the old historical part of Split called Varos, right next to the world famous Diocletians Palace and central sea promenade.
Everything in Split is within short walk from the apartment: promenade, Diocletioans palace, forest park, beaches, great restaurants, souvenir & groceries shop.

Kitchenette is equipped with a stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.
Bedroom has a comfortable double bed, LED TV and wardrobe.
Bathroom has shower and hair dryer.
We also provide Wi-Fi high-speed Internet, linen and towels, iron and ironing board.
All this makes it an ideal choice as your base from where you can experience all Split has to offer, and there's a lot!

**** House rules:
One night stays are surcharged +30%.
For two or more nights stay there is no surcharge.
Please respect this apartment as your own - leave the apartment tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.
This is a smoke free apartment.
Pets are not allowed, sorry.
Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!
Check in time is after 14h (2 p.m.), check out before 10h, flexible if possible.
**** Guest access:
You will have access to the whole apartment.
Paid parking is within 1 min walking. Prices are from 8 to 13 EUR per day, depending on a parking spot.
Two large free parking spots are 10 minutes walking from the apartment near parks Zvocac and Sustipan.
In between it's possible to find a free parking spot in the street.
When you reserve the apartment I can send you a map of all locations of free parking spots near the apartment. In case you need a transfer from the airport, I can arrange that for you as well.
**** Interaction with guests:
We'll have interaction as much or as little as you'd like.
If you need anything I'm available for support 24/7. I respond to all questions as soon as possible, typically within few minutes to an hour. Feel free to ask me for any advice or extra informations.
**** The Neighbourhood:
This is truly an awesome location!
Apartment is located in the very heart of Split, area that is clean and totally secure even in the middle of the night. As apartment is sound isolated, its position makes it a perfect combination of being close to everything and having peace when you just want to rest and sleep.
The city part where the apartment is located is within walking range to virtually everything: restaurants, coffee bars, supermarkets, central green market, main fish market, shops, tourist bureau, famous city promenade....
It's just just one minute walking to the Split promenade and two minutes walking to the Diocletian's Palace which is the best preserved palace from the Roman times in the world. To see all attractions and beaches within walking range of the apartment please browse through photos.
**** Getting around:
Getting around is super easy.
You are not a slave to your car as everything is within walking distance.
Local station is 200m away. City bus station, taxis and rent a car agencies are within minute walking. Regional bus station, ferry port, hydroplane seaport and train station are within 10 min walking.
Three great beaches are within just 10-15 min walking: sandy beach Bacvice, rocky beach Zvoncac and pebble beach Obojena Svjetlost. To see them please browse photos, you won't want to leave!
**** Other Things to Note
Everything needed will be provided on-site: fresh bed linen, towels, internet password etc.
Directions to the house:
It's very simple: Once you get in front of the well known church St.Frane in the very center of Split, on its right side you will see a street that goes upwards.
Just go straight walking uphill for 200m and on the left side of the street you will see the house with tag „Senjska 19“.
