The location of this property is excellent. Easy walking distance to all of the old town and the ferry, if you want to travel to the islands. Our only problem with the apartment was the bathroom is quite small.

Great stay. Excellent location, if you are ok with being in a busy area that can be noisy at times. Great suite. Interesting choices for bed covers. Had to use a mattress cover over the sheet on the main bed.

Great place

This was the perfect apartment in Split. It is clean, sunny and has everything you need. It is in the middle of everything but so quiet. Best location in Split. Perfect for 2-3 people to stay. Self check in was easy and the owner arranged a driver who knew exactly where to go.

Great location. Lots to see around and groceries close. The apartment had all supplies needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The walls and floor are a little thin so can sometimes hear neighbors. The bed mattress was a bit sunken. A few items need repair but overall good. Diana was good for communicating.

Wonderful apartment in Split

Wonderful apartment very close to Riva, marina,tourist area, beach and old town etc, location perfect ! Host Diana exceptional in communication. Great decor and a pleasure to stay, loved the breakfast bar for coffee or beer/wine to relax. Great facilities and amenities, would definitely stay again, 5 nights in Sep24 not enough!

Fantastic location, great stay

It was really comforting to reach out to the hosts and have them answer very quickly, they helped with coordinating airport transfer both times and answered other questions we had before and during. We were there with our baby and can confidently say we had a wonderful time with no issues. The apartment is equipped with the necessary and in a fantastic location.

What a superb property. We loved our stay. Well equipped kitchen. Everything new and sparkling clean. Comfortable sofa and bed. Smart TVs for YouTube and Netflix in lounge and bedroom. Right in the centre of all the action. Restaurants and bars galore, right on the doorstep. We are a couple in our late 60s, although property is on 1st floor, we managed the stairs with ease. The owner was easy to contact on WhatsApp (we were lucky enough to arrange a late checkout, thanks so much). I can most definitely recommend this apartment.

Location was great walking distance from esplanade and all sights. A lot of windows opening to local streets. Kitchen had everything you needed, it had a washing machine which was handy. The only thing that let it down was the minuscule bathroom, so tiny we had to wipe ourselves in hallway. We are average size

Home away from home

Perfect property located just off the promenade in the centre of the old town Quiet, clean and comfortable with all of the appropriate facilities available to feel like a home away from home The owner was very helpful and was always available to sort any queries you may have Will definitely book again when returning to Split

Fantastic Apartment Steps Away from the Riva

The apartment was even more fantastic than the pictures captured. It's in a great location, with a 2-5 minute walk to the Riva (waterfront) and old city. There is no elevator, but the stairs are easy, and it's only one flight up. The apartment is very stylish and beautifully decorated, has a full kitchen, strong shower pressure, which I appreciated, a very comfortable king-size bed, more storage space for your clothes than needed, a strong wifi signal, an iron and full-size iron board, and TVs in both the living and bedrooms. This apartment has everything you need for a short or long-term stay and is better than a hotel. Add to all of this that Diana is both professional and friendly. It was my first time in Split, Croatia, and when I come back, this is where I will want to stay again. I have already shared how fantastic the place was with my friends and can only highly recommend this to anyone trying to decide on accommodations.

The property location is perfect! Steps away from restaurants, markets, old town, and the seafront. The unit has everything you need, wi-fi, two tvs, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a/c, and it is very comfortable. Ideal for two people. Diana is a great host! I'll definitely rent it again.

First time in Split & Apartments Kogo is perfectly situated for exploring the beautiful old town. We were met by the host Diana who was so welcoming and helpful. She organised our transfer from the airport and even bought milk for our baby so we could relax and not worry about going to a supermarket. The apartment was beautifully furnished & immaculately clean. There was a small but gorgeous little patio area-perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink. The apartment was also very well equipped, fast WiFi and satellite tv (including Netflix). Diana is always on hand to answer questions or make recommendations for places to visit. We highly recommend Apartments Kogo and can’t wait to plan our next visit.
