Завтраки отличные, в отеле и в номере очень чисто, вежливый персонал, спокойная атмосфера, очень хорошее расположение - рядом с набережной и речным вокзалом. Заселение происходит быстро и без проблем. Персонал доброжелателен и внимателен. Номер соответвует описанию. Не понравился только матрас на кровати. Все пружины прикрыты лишь тонким слоем ткани.
