Location was great! Can’t comment on breakfast as it was not Included in my booking and I did not want to pay €8 for the breakfast. The room was comfortable.

Staying at The Glam Boutique Hotel & Apt in Vicenza was truly one of the best choices we made on our trip. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable — everything felt thoughtfully designed for relaxation. Breakfast was absolutely incredible — a generous spread with so many fresh and delicious options to choose from. It was a great way to start each day. A special thank you to Mathew at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He was always ready to help, answered all our questions, and did so with genuine kindness and a smile. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend The Glam Boutique Hotel to anyone traveling to Vicenza!

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our overall experience at SHG Hotel was good. The hotel provided a comfortable stay, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast buffet was simple and basic—not extraordinary, but it offered enough variety to satisfy your morning needs and get your day started. While it may not be a standout feature of the hotel, it was adequate and convenient. The hotel served its purpose well, providing a clean and comfortable place to stay.
