The building itself is a net zero building, generating more energy than it uses, thanks to the large solar array on the roof. The near-instant hot water is designed to reduce the volume of used. We have a laundry onsite with high efficiency machines to reduce the amount of energy required to host you. We are delighted to offer you a beautiful space that supports our values of practical sustainability.

This VRBO location is GREAT as we could walk for breakfast coffee at BlackBird, shop or step out for a beverage - easy in/out - super clean (THANK YOU) - - comfortable bed - love the spacious rooms - will definitely stay here again!!
Quick weekend trip to watch BHSU volleyball. Clean, had everything we needed! They even shoveled a clear path to our verhicle thru the snow that had fallen overnight!
Was a clean property, property manager emailed me about events happening in the area which was awesome. Only dislike was tight parking spots but all together would rent again.
The place was just as listed! Clean and comfortable!
Thanks

Had a great stay. Spacious area, designated parking space. Not much for cooking but we were not there for meals besides breakfast anyway. Plus great resturant next door.
This was the perfect spot for us. We came out to watch our daughter play volleyball at Black Hills University. We were close to everything, shops, restaurants and Spearfish canyon which was beautiful.
Spacious, clean, hreat location. Would have more clean towels available. Only three bath towels for two adults for 5 days. Also, sound travels well from other units, could hear their conversations/shower/toilet. Hard to sleep with outside noise and sounds from other units.
The unit was home base for everything we wanted to do in the Black Hills of SD. Convenient to downtown restaurants was a huge plus after coming off the trails for the day. New place with great wifi for business calls and music from the wine bar added a nice touch to the last day in town.
Stayed here to attend BHSU volleyball. The host/property manager were very accommodating with a change in reservation. In addition, I left an item there and they texted me right away and arranged for me to retrieve it. Parking is tight - and only for 1 vehicle - but it was right near the door. Great coffee right across the street. We will add this property to our list when visiting the Black Hills.
Property was new so conditions were great. Communication with owner was very good and responsive. The kitchen area could have used a larger sink, but overall very nice. The one complaint would be the live music being played literally outside your apartment on Wednesday nights. This was extremely loud and obnoxious. If we would have been told that this was going to happen, it would have been expected and at least communicated.
Everything was top notch. Check in was easy, place was spotless and fully equipped with all you needed. Host was more than helpful with local suggestions and recommendations.
5 STARS
We had a wonderful time. The location was walking distance to downtown with great places to eat and shop. We were very close to the canyon where we spent a great deal of time. The manager was prompt to respond to my questions. I would highly recommend this rental!
