「There is NO SMOKE ALARM a CODE VIOLATION, no filter for the furnace, active mold and mildew in the shower and the main room curtains don’t work. It’s very dated and there would have been more pictures of the place we wouldn’t have stayed there. It’s DEFINITELY NOT what we expected from a VRBO listing. Only positive were washing machine and dryer, king size bed and TV. 」

「It was clean and super easy check-in. Quiet area to stay. Cute and cozy. There was only 1 set of bath towel/wash cloth for 2 adults and I couldn’t locate more in cabinets or closet, but we made do using hand towels. I didn’t bother the owner because it was late and like I said we made it work. Probably a one-off oversight. Overall we would stay again.」

Awesome enclosed porch to watch the horses across the road. Host was very responsive and friendly. Great place and a great stay!」

「This is like home away from home. I pets were allowed access to the wonderful fenced in backyard. Our children recently moved to TN and the house happened to be 7 min. From their. It allowed us to enjoy Christmas day as a family. We will definitely choose to stay here again. The property management is very responsive and attentive about if anything is needed. It is located in a lovely subdivision and about 15 min. From downtown Cookeville. There are many state parks nearby also.」
