快適に過ごせました。部屋は清潔で、滞在中に特に困ることはありませんでした。
バスアメニティはシャンプー・ボディーソープ・ハンドソープのみ。USBポートから直接スマホを充電できました。 5泊中、毎日朝食を利用しました。日によって一部提供されないものがある程度で、内容はほぼ毎日同じでした。サラダやフルーツもあり、ピーチヨーグルトと小さいパンケーキが特に印象に残りました。 予約時の料金には表示されていませんでしたが、現地での支払いは12.5%の税に加えて、1泊10€のサービス料が必要でした。予約画面の「サービス料の詳細」を開くと記載されているため、事前に確認しておくとスムーズです。

We (me and my wife) recently stayed at this hotel for over 2 weeks. The location is good. Also, the room is functional enough. That's positive side. However, we are not satisfied with the quality of the service through our experience. First, right after we checked in (Friday) and unpacked luggage, we found out that the room's laundry machine didn't work properly with error message. We called the front desk, an Asian female staff with an eye-glass that day. She came to the room, checked the machine very quickly and said that the machine was not working and they already ordered a repair service, but it would take some days. This means that they didn't communicate this problem at the timing of check-in though they had already recognized it. We requested changing the room. Then, that staff told that the changing the room was not possible because all the rooms were booked, but as a solution, she told that we could do a laundry at some other room when it's possible. We refused it as we didn't want to have such inconvenience during our stay. Finally, we reported this to expedia and they called the hotel. Soon, another staff called us saying that changing the room was possible. So, we changed the room. After this, we didn't make any additional claim. However, very disappointingly, every time we passed the that front desk, the first female staff kept showing us expressionless face and a gloomy voice which I felt quite intentional, at least, very not customer-unfriendly.
