8.4/10 Very Good! (417 reviews)

Do not believe that there is a genuine shuttle service between the airport and the hotel. I waited 4 hours for the bus after flying from Australia. On arrival I was asked to pay for the return trip to the airport the next day. No amenity for a cup of tea or coffee in room and no bar fridge. Soap container on bathroom was empty and no body wash provided. The actual bed was okay and breakfast was adequate.

8.6/10 Excellent! (1,004 reviews)

Check- in was slow and there was no airport shuttle service. The restaurant was under-staffed. No coffee-maker in the room. I don’t recommend this hotel.
