The hotel front desk staff was very helpful. We forgot to ask his name though. He provided very detailed public transport information to the Airport, when uber and taxi were not available due to the rainy weather. Thanks for his help, we made to the airpot on time.

Comfortable and clean room that was very quiet. We had quite possibly the worst shower I have ever experienced. A luke warm trickle at best.

Room was nice and spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent lots of verity. There are plenty of shops, eatery and about 15 minutes walk to the Old town and about 22 minutes to Charles Bridge.

The staff were nice,had to pick keys in one place and cab it to the apartment,top floor ,elevator went so far to 4th floor and then lots of stairs .Apartment was good and close to centre of old city
