Private, newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath guesthouse in Southwest Harbor, Maine, overlooking Norwood Cove. With a full kitchen, AC, WiFi, and washer/dryer, this private 2nd floor flat is the perfect base for exploring Acadia National Park and nearby Echo Lake. The two bedrooms are set up with a king bed and 2 twins, which can also be arranged into a king-sized bed to accomodate a 2nd couple. Roku TV in the living room and primary bedroom. The rental is in an independent structure with its own private entrance. An art studio and garage occupies the first floor. 

Walk 10 minutes to Southwest Harbor, where you can enjoy restaurants, art galleries, shops, a library, walk-in gym, visitor center, and much more.  Just over one mile to Echo Lake  for swimming and hiking, and 2.5 miles to Long Pond.  The free Acadia National Park shuttle runs by the road in front of the rental. You may rent bikes in Southwest Harbor, join a kayak excursion across the street, walk to the Causeway trail, or simply relax with a waterfront view. There is a grocery store ½ mile away and a coffee shop across the street. 

Sleeps 4. Primary rent must be at least 28 years old. Not appropriate for kids under 9. A well-lit staircase leads up to the private 2nd story rental.  Private parking for 1 car. Peaceful, scenic, and close to everything—your ideal MDI getaway!
