"The air conditioning was not functioning properly. The room was very warm during our 1 night stay, and it was hard to fall asleep due to the conditions."

"Though the property is beautifully located and all rooms have an ocean view, many other elements were unsatisfactory. This is off season and noone in the lobby, but check in was so slow. Hot Tub was down. Went to stay for one night only but was awakened by workers on scaffolding outside my window at 7am. Staff were not very professional and only made excuses, not accommodations, for the inconveniences. This is mid-March and temperature is 59', therefore they should be happy they have a customer. "
