"The Shell Castle his hands down the most creative and artistic place we have ever stayed. It is beyond what I could describe with all the shells, stone work and mirrors. It was like staying on a movie set. Hilda the property manager is superb and available for any needs we may have had. All the bases were covered. "The only negative thing about this property is the wifi is spotty at best. Everything else was fantastic! We tried this hotel for the first time instead of our usual and was disappointed the large pool was under construction before the busy season. We were not told ahead of time of the inconvenience and the staff was very nice, apologetic and made arrangements for us to have the best time possible. They really went above and beyond once they heard we were disappointed. We ended up having a great stay and i would definitely go back again. The rooms are clean, staff very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is yummy and convenient. "
