It's right across the street from the Old Town Hot Springs (which they have discounted rates) and right next to 3rd Street in case you are going to Strawberry Hot Springs.
Besides easy access to the Hot Springs, it is in downtown Steamboat Springs, so everything is within walking distance.
As I mentioned, the room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was very comfortable....

「Hailey the evening staff are very kind, friendly, warm & accommodating to our needs. I loved how they left 2 real ceramic cups in your room so you can microwave your drinks if need be. The room are neat & tidy, towels & soaps are plentiful. The only thing I don’t like are the breakfast choices. I guess it’s good enough for a snack but I won’t call it real breakfast.」
