「Beautiful VRBO, within walking distance to everything. Quiet little neighborhood, adorable coffee shop across the street, 3 bathrooms which makes it nice. Cozy little living area perfect to chill out after a long day. Elevator which makes easy to transport luggage. Soft and calm decor throughout the property. Washing machine made it handy to do a load of laundry. A little construction across the street but not a nuisance at all. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.」

「Fantastic spot to stay just a few metres from Gran via and 10 minutes or less walk to lots of great food. The street is a bit noisy late night early morning when some partiers pass by but it's only a minor inconvenience for a few minutes a night. The apartment we had was large clean and beautiful with clean towels daily in the 2 modern bathrooms. Highly recommend! 」

「Gran experiencia. Precio calidad muy bueno. Realidad tal cual imágenes del anuncio. Juan, Alba y Luna super atentos y respetuosos. Barrio muy tranquilo, a 4 calles del metro y a unos 15min del centro. Todo tipo de tiendas en proximidades. Ver el atardecer desde el mirador tío pío a 10min a pie del apartamento fue buenísimo. Muy recomendable todo」

「Excelente experiencia! Se trata de un apartamento muy bien situado, ideal para ir en pareja o con hijos. Está totalmente equipado, cocina con lavavajillas, horno microondas, nevera combi y muchos utensilios y menaje. Buen detalle la cafetera con cápsulas de obsequio. El baño muy limpio, con una lavadora grande. La habitación principal muy bien cuidada con ropa de cama limpia y bien decorada. Sólo un inconveniente, que al llegar, no respondía nadie al telefonillo y tuvimos que esperar a que algún...

「ホテルではなく民泊です。 鍵の受け渡し方法など心配でしたが、すべてメール（英語・スペイン語）で来るので大きな問題はありませんでした。若干大胆にならなければなりませんが…。 施設はきれいでした。 中庭にカフェ？があり音が気になる方にはお勧めできないかもしれません。夜の11時には閉店となり静かにはなりました。」

「I lived in Madrid a few years ago and decided to come back to visit with my partner. I picked this place because of the location. It is very central and within walking distance to many attractions and metro/bus. The apartment looked just like the pictures. It is in the attic though (as stated). So, if you’re taller be careful to not hit your head. It was very cute, simple, and clean. As previously mentioned by others, it is on the fifth floor with no elevator so it definitely is not handicap...
