「Friendly personnel, property ok, but bit old. Surroundings are breathtaking」

「Pésimo, llegamos el día de nuestra reserva y no quedaban habitaciones, Nadie nos recibió, solo nos pudimos contactar vía telefónica y no nos dieron ninguna solución, simplemente nos dejaron votados, sin ninguna explicación. La persona que nos atendió por teléfono muy poco profesional y despreocupada.」

「El personal, todo muy predispuesto siempre para atender nuestros requerimientos. Muy importante. El hotel es un museo en si mismo. Precioso.」

「The cabins are located far from Pucon. No food was offered. There was no hot water and the water pressure was horrible. I would not recommend this property. Also, they asked for 1/2 upfront and the other 1/2 once we arrived. After what we went through, I would not have paid them for the second 1/2.」

「The host was great. He provided great information on the area and places to see. My son speaks Spanish so that helped with the communications. The space heater was running when we got home from our daily excursions which made settling in more enjoyable. Watching the sun hit the clouds over the lake in the morning from bed was a highlight for my wife.」

「Excelente experiencia, ambiente muy acojedor, las habitaciones muy cómodas y linda vista. Un muelle maravilloso que permite el fácil acceso al agua. La dueña es ceramista y tiene su lindo taller donde imparte clases de cerámica.」
