In 3 visits to Southend, this was by far the very best one, and we are very happy to recommend this guest house, without hesitation. We had a suite, including closed in and open balconies. It was superb. The Browns

Fantastic stay. Friendly helpful hosts. Immaculate and comfy room. Great location and the best breakfast ever. This deserves a much higher rating. Will be staying here again on my next business trip.

Deserves A Higher Rating
This was the best guest house we have yet stopped in. The welcome was warm, room and all areas spotlessly clean and freshly decorated. Breakfast choice very good and food cooked to order and of high quality. The only downside was the weather on the second day (Storm Ciara) - and that cannot be controlled by anyone! We would definately recommend to anyone and would go back ourselves if ever in the area.

Business Southend
Quick nights stay whilst in the area on business. Room was really clean. Bed was very comfy. The breakfast was brill.. and the proprietors were really friendly

Brilliant room, brilliant hosts
Very warm welcome, easy to park, gret Wi-Fi connection and a spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast was great, good options to choose from.
