「Beautiful room and hotel, very secure and comfortable with lots of takeaways and coffee shops adjacent, the breakfast was lovely and the only issue I could name was that it was incredibly warm in the room, however the hotel does provide a Dyson fan which was a great benefit while pointed directly at us but it really didn’t cool the room at all, and while trying to sleep is far too loud. 「Our stay at The Hoban Hotel was very comfortable. The bed was just right, and the shower was superb! I would recommend to the hotel that they install stronger fans to reduce the humidity in the bathroom, and to discourage smokers from smoking right outside the building (our window was open and someone at the front entrance sent smoke right up into our room).
