Not bad at all under reasonable price in downtown Boston.

Room and bathroom are clean. We got information to enter the building just on the day we check in, even though they said they send an email 48 hours in advance. So we were worry about it, but other services are good.

GOOD: - good location neaby to Fenway park and city - tidy/cozy room - microwave in the room BAD: - no message come for entry. I must make international calls at the front door for asking about it. Also no setup made for me about key entry for the front doors so that I had to make another international calls to ask about it. - no towels changes for 4 nights - no additional coffee pouches - no desk in the room, so that I had a hard time to use my computer. Generally, acceptable but I will not stay for the next stay in Boston unless improvements made.
