「Hotel is no where near where it is stated . Staff checked our luggage till 3pm. They only had one other guest staying at the hotel and our room was clearly ready however, they made us wait until after 3pm to check in. The lounge they said we could wait in had a few of their employees spread out all over the room and at 3pm when we walked from the tiny table we were waiting. 「Picked this hotel as a stop off for the ferry to jersey. Had everything we needed. Breakfast really good. Had to pay for parking which we didn’t really appreciate.」

「This is a very lovely hotel, set in beautiful surroundings. We were ecstatic that the room was ready several hours before the standard check-in and we were allowed to go straight to it. The room was large, very clean and the views were soothing. The surrounding areas were walkable with several convenient shops and restaurants nearby. the only drawback: the room service food was bland and expensive」
