"Reserved double bed. Given single bed. More of an extended stay type if “hotel” and pay by the week crowd versus what I had expected. Will not plan on booking this location again in the future."

"This was the perfect spot for us to stay on our way to Chicago. It is very clean and the staff was quite friendly and helpful! Breakfast was nice, too. The only downfall was the pool. It was freezing (and we're used to swimming in Lake MI when it's chilly). Truly too cold to swim but the worst of it all was the excessive chlorine. It wasn't at safe levels and my safety-director husband had us get out after trying to make the best of it. Since our grandchild was most excited for the pool, we had to cancel our 2nd night's stay there."

"The property is in a safe and nice area. Well maintained and friendly staff. We had an incident that the upper floor guests arrived in the middle of the night and caused a significant disturbance for the understairs. I hope that the receptionist could kindly remind late arrival guests of the courtesy of keep a quiet living space."
