"This place was nasty. I've stayed in some run down places before but this place... Our first room still had garbage every where, the beds were just flopped back into place and the toilet was disgusting. I asked for a new room because that one obviously had not been cleaned. The second room at least had a fresher bed and the garbage picked up but the bathroom had hair everywhere from multiple people (multiple colors and textures) and the toilet had so much pee on it looked like it hadnt been cleaned since they opened the place. It was running down the front and sides of the toilet. The bathroom floor was sticky... would absolutely not recommend!"

"Had trouble connecting to Wi-Fi. Notified attendant at the front desk, she gladly reset the router and all was well. I have no complaints. This was reasonably priced for a no frills motel."

"We were very disappointed in the room. The room wasn't all that clean. We found a bottle of some kind of spice on the chair. The bathroom was dumpy. The outside of the buildings wasn't clean either. It doesn't take a lot to pick up the garbage outside and keep the grounds clean. My wife and I were celebrating our 32nd wedding anniversary and we were going to stay overnight, but we ended up leaving after a couple hours. We will never go back to this hotel again."

"I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Munster. The hotel was very clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. I also appreciated the great location and the overall peaceful atmosphere. The amenities were a nice bonus, and everything felt fresh and well thought out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. "

"So I’m going to be 100% honest on this review. The staff especially Amanda was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and so kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean however my first room we checked into had a terrible pet order smell. However Amanda and her team took care of that and got me moved to another room and that room was so much better. Both rooms were clean but the first one just had that pet Odor. The breakfast was soooo good! We were there for AAU games so we had a bunch of boys with us and they allowed us to sit in the lobby and watch the final four games with our whole team! The location was great too."

"Front was nice .Property is a lil run down but for the price it was ok.I was there for 2 nights . Bedding was terrible stains like ink marks there was food left in my fridge. So that lets me know that who ever cleans up is not doing a good and whoever checking behind them is no better.Overall the staff was more helpful and polite.Everytime me and boys came down for breakfast wasn't much to choose from .Get a new cleaning crew and things may look up for you guys . "
