Great birthday trip

House is beautiful and just as advertised! Very clean and private with great access to the beach. Beautiful views from both floors give such a tranquil feeling. Kely was very accessible and easy to deal with. Private garage was great as well. We will def be coming back!

Family Vacation

The house was amazing if you have a big family this house is perfect the view is everything me and my family were very satisfied and getting in touch with the host is very easy. The only thing I would say is that they don’t give you things like trash bags they do but only three and we were staying for five days but house was clean and everything you need was available I would definitely stay again and again that view is amazing.

Perfect spot on the beach!

We had less than ideal weather during our stay but we were still able to enjoy the beach with short quick visits and the view from the condo patio/balcony. Easy and direct access to the beach made our spontaneous visits to the beach a pleasant experience. The pool was also a huge plus during our stay. I would highly recommend without any reservations.

We were impressed from the moment we walked in. The furnishings, appliances , amenities and the view were perfect. Kitchen was stocked well with utensils and pots and pans. The house was very spacious and the view was amazing. Owners were very accommodating and gracious, and very responsive with our needs. We are definitely planning on returning and will highly recommend this property to our family and friends!

We had a fantastic stay on SPI. The weather was amazing, the house was perfect for us, and we loved that it was right on the beach. Great communication with owners/property manager as well. The view from the second floor is breathtakingly picturesque and provides a nearly endless view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Family memories

I brought my teenage sons, their friends, and my dogs. We all had such a memorable time. The location was absolutely perfect as I was able to just walk out on the beach to watch the sun rise every morning and close my evening with a beautiful sun set on the beach. There was so much to do for the youth from jet skiing to horse back riding. The house is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS and spacious providing everything we needed. And if we did have any questions, the communication with the property owners was wonderful and transparent...and immediate. I'm so grateful for that trip.

Beach oasis

We absolutely loved staying here. The setup was perfect for 2 mamas and their kids. Kely was quick and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. She was so kind and helpful. The house was clean, the view was magnificent. We had dinner on the patio. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. We were worried about the kids reactions to the small pool. Well there was no need to worry the kids had a great time and one side of the pool was actually kinda deep probably 4.5 feet. The garage access added for a quick and easy pack up at the end of the trip. We really wanted to stay longer. :)

OK but not Great. No Hot tub or heated pool.

Booked this property over a year in advance for an October rental. We have been visiting SPI in the fall for many, many, years. The location is great. The house is nice but could definitely use some updating. The property manager is very responsive, which is good. However, the pool/hot tub heater was broken for our entire stay. I spoke to the pool maint crew and was told it has been broken for months. Very disappointing and a deal breaker for us. October can be a very chilly month and we would not have rented this house without a working pool/hot tub heater. Two cold northern cold fronts came through the area (normal for Oct.) which made the pool useless for us. When I asked the property manager "when was the pool heater going to be fixed", I Was told by the property manager that this house is not "advertised" with a hot tub/heated pool. Well, it was when I booked it in Sept 2022. Our general impression of the property is that it needs some updating. Multiple electrical outlets in and around the kitchen do not work. I purchased an extension cord to plug in my work computer. Also the carpet is very worn. Overall, the property appears to be a well used rental that could use some updating.
