"It was a good and quiet area. Close to shops, the convention center and on the island. Close to the beach, but not walking distance. "The location was great , right on the beach. These condos are privately owned . Our first condo was 305 , the best thing about it was the view. Inside was dark and had a damp smell, bathroom and aircon vents needed a good clean. We asked to change and moved into 208.
