This stylish condo on the 7th floor of the Sapphire has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a large en suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen and a twin with an en suite bathroom. The third bedroom features a queen and a twin with amazing views of the island. The condo features an oceanside balcony and a bayside balcony.

-Primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Valid ID is required at check in.
-Spring Break/Holy Week Restrictions (Spring Break: 3/7/25-3/17/25) (Semana Santa 4/11/25-4/20/25): Primary guest must be at least 30 years old. IMMEDIATE FAMILIES ONLY (parents, grandparents, & children)
-Maximum of 8 guests permitted.
-Only registered individuals will be allowed access on property.
-No pets allowed.
