    Quintessential Cottage in Matunuck

    Walk to the Beach from this sweet 3BR, 1 BA cottage!!!!! The Matunuck Beach village has a laid back surf town vibe that is very safe and family friendly! We have a full service grocery store, a farm stand, surf shop, laundry mat, ice cream stand, restaurants, bars, a pizza shop, and a great little "mini Broadway" theatre. Our beach is family friendly and has nice grassy lawns for activities, small play area and pavilion with showers and restrooms. We provide a beach parking pass for our local beach aka "South Kingstown Town Beach." Guests are to bring there own beach towels. For all you "outsiders", you'll love this area! Trustom Pond National Wildlife Refuge is just 2.5 mi. away. Bring your kayaks and paddle around Potters Pond, right at the end of our street! Ninigret National Wildlife Refuge is only a 10 mi. drive away. All kinds of boating and water activities abound, deep sea fishing and tuna fishing charters. Don't forget the high speed ferry to Block Island! So much to see and do, you'll need weeks to enjoy all of what RI has to offer!

    Great Family Vacation
    Took the family to this location at the end of the summer right before school and everything was great. House was perfect for the 5 of us and our dog. Close walk to ice cream which was a daily treat for the family. An easy walk to the beach to look for shells.

    Location and the cottage was wonderful. Walked to the beach, the vanilla bean, and the market along with the farm stand. Definitely recommend. Cottage was perfect and Kathy our host was great!

    Miss Daisy's Cottage is The Place To Be
    Cottage is spotless from start to finish. There's everything you could need, just replace it if you use it all. State beach parking pass included, you can sleep up to 8 people in this 3 bdrm, 1 ba, extended cape. Wrap around porch with propane tank grill and outdoor shower with hot water.. They even have a baby gate! Beautiful neighborhood with immaculate landscape, and delicious local eats. Highly recommended 10/10.

    Great place and host
    Kathy was such a great host. One of the easiest to communicate with I’ve ever booked with. She was kind, informative, flexible and available. The place itself was spotless and very nice. Felt homey and quiet, great qualities for a quick relaxing get away. Location couldn’t have been better. Super short drive or very easy walk to the beach or the town’s amenities. Would recommend this spot and host to anyone.

    Lovely place
    This is our second visit to Miss Daisy Cottage. It is light and bright. From the front door you have a direct view to the rear of the cottage's sliding glass door to the deck, grill, and yard. Bedrooms had closets with hangers and plenty of drawer space in dressers. All appliances were in working order. Kitchen was well supplied to prepare meals with plenty of utensils, dinnerware and glassware. Beds were comfortable. Kathy is thoughtful of guests' needs. Oh and so many places to walk! Our schnauzer enjoyed that the most. The cottage is walking distance to the beach, a small market, and an ice cream shop. We did enjoy the Matunuck Oyster Bar for dinner but missed Ocean Mist for breakfast (friend's recommendation). Hope to return next year. Helen

    My Happy Place
    Staying in this quaint little beach cottage was most enjoyable. The property was very clean and comfortable. Great location for walking to beach or beach bars. It was also fairly close to some of my favorite eating place such as Iggy's and George 's. The people in the neighborhood were friendly. Kathy my host was super easy to communicate with. I love this little cottage so much I looking forward to booking it next year.

    Lovely home
    We were in town for an annual reunion with friends in Charlestown. This home was comfortable, very clean, well maintained, in a lovely convenient neighborhood. We were also able to bring our well behaved dog, which was a bonus.
