「My husband and I brought our puppy. He had a great time running around the yard and beach. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. The property is beautiful and we were very happy to find a pet friendly place on the water and close to town.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Ken's Beach Cottage. Ken arranged a private tour at a local vineyard which we thoroughly enjoyed and communication with Ken was always quick and responsive. The cottage is very cute and the neighbors are super friendly. We look forward to visiting again next year. 」

「Everything was clean and tastefully decorated. Check in was easy, with the host even able to get us in a couple hours early, which was highly appreciated.Spacious and accommodating, we loved our time here and would happily stay again the next time we’re in Mattituck!」

「This is great property - perfectly renovated and close to everything including a nice North Fork beach in walking distance. Our host Bill communicates well and has thought of everything - house is well appointed and tastefully renovated with AirCon and washer/dryer. Sheets and Towels are clean and high quality! A beautiful, lush and grassy yard awaits your kids and the fire pit is perfect. Bill, our host was very nice in providing suggestions on where to go and what to do - some very nice...
