Welcome to "Uncommon Grounds" This beautiful brand new, family-friendly home, boasts a coastal farmhouse design and has something for everyone to enjoy. Start your day relaxing with a cup of coffee on the back patio in a serene setting or gather around the family dining table sharing stories from the night before. Then, being only steps from the private community pool, take a quick dip or splash around the pool for endless fun.  Located on the Kal-Haven trail, stroll downtown where you can visit the Farmers Market for fresh produce and local goods. Looking to spend the day at the beach? Grab your beach towels and chairs and head to the beach - The Blue Stair beach entrance is only 5 blocks away. Also, the perfect location to watch the magnificent South Haven sunsets. After soaking up the sun, come back and fire up the grill for good food and company. Play some yard games or simply enjoy the lovely Michigan summer nights from the front porch. If working remotely, switch up your routine and plan for an extended stay at Uncommon Grounds with included high-speed internet and dedicated workspaces. The bed arrangements are a follows Bedroom 1 King, Bedroom 2 King, Bedroom 3 Queen, Bedroom 4 Queen and Twin, Bedroom 5 Queen, Bedroom 6 2 Queens.  Uncommon Grounds is only minutes from anything that South Haven has to offer...

Wonderful stay for 4 couples and 4 kids. Spacious rooms. Well appointed amenities. The house seemed newer and well cared for. Location was excellent. Walking distance to beach, playground, downtown South Haven. Would stay here again.

Great family vacation in South Haven!

Great house in great location. The home was very spacious and well appointed with all needed amenities. Our kids loved having access to the pool across the street and the trail that was perfect for riding a bike. Would highly recommend!

Family Friendly Home

Very nice home with up to date appliances and furniture. Plenty of sleeping space for everyone. Community pool is conveniently located across the street. Access to the home was simple and communication with host was great! Would definitely recommend the home.

Great Stay!

My family really enjoyed this beautiful home for our quick getaway to South Haven! It was right across the street from the community pool, was stunning on the inside, and had plenty of great features for my nieces (high chair, toys, etc. ) We would definitely come back; don’t forget to bring your bikes- downtown is just a quick ride and SO fun to explore!
