"Very nice overall , clean, staff was very friendly. Only thing I would note for families with young children it was concerning to me that there was no metal bar on the top part of the door to keep children from opening the door and walking out, for older children and adults this may not be an issue but for a 3 and 5 year old this was concerning to me. "From check in to check out, our stay was very nice. Everyone we spoke with who were staff were kind and courteous. The entire facility was very clean. The room was very clean and had plenty of amenities. The breakfast was outstanding and offered many choices. Parking was great. Close to everything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and already decided hat anytime we visit Gettysburg, this is our place to stay."

"We had a fabulous trip to Lancaster and this hotel! Everything was nice, clean, well maintained but the best part was the staff! Everyone we encountered was great! They were very helpful and talkative about the area and local places to visit. We ate at the restaurant, which was wonderful, all of the food was great! Again, the people made the stay!!! "
