The Blackwell Inn and Pfahl Conference Center
No soap, not enough towels and no water in the room. Asked the front desk guy about the water and he could only shrug so I bought 2 waters from the overpriced gift shop. 1.5/5 (relative to the price)

The room was clean, cute, and everything was very nicely decorated and easy to find within the apartment. Check in using door keypad was troublesome; codes didn't work but staff was quickly responsive to the situation and very nice.
