「The property was beautiful and very clean. They had all of the amenities needed which was very helpful - shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The view from the home was beautiful. We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant right across the street - the food was great and the waterfront location was awesome. The location in Kittery Point allowed for trips to Portsmouth NH, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. We’ll definitely be back.」

「Nice and clean house. Only an 8 minute drive to Moody Beach which we preferred since it's closer and less crowded. Our group of 7 enjoyed the nice backyard setup... especially the pickle ball court! Communications with property manager were quick and simple. Would recommend.」

「We stayed at this property for a second year in a row and it was great once again!! The walk to the beach is so convenient and the house was very clean. We had some pretty intense thunder storms during our stay which led to power outages in the area. The host, Mike, was extremely prompt in his responses and made a point to check in on us which was very kind. We’ll definitely be back!」

「We arrived after 2 days of travel from N.C at 8pm. The pictures of the cottage were deceiving. The top floor had the master with no bathroom and the stairs to climb were quite precarious for 2 people of 70 years. The other bedroom was in the lowest level and smelled like a basement ,and had a lot of stairs as well. The main floor contained the kitchen with a stove that was rusted and dirty as well as the refrigerator didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The host could not help us and also told...

「The property is beautifully decorated, clean, well supplied & in excellent condition. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room & we all loved sitting around the fire pit & several used the hot tub. We definitely recommend Walking the Marginal Way, (the scenery is spectacular) & shopping in Ogunquit & Kennebunkport. It was an excellent choice for a family reunion!」

「The rental left a bit to be desired. The interior was nice and comfortable and clean. The exterior was not as expected. There was no dock in the water as advertised, the paddle boat was filled with water and dirty, the outdoor furniture was not cleaned and had dead bugs all over it. I communicated the week prior to arrival asking about life jackets to use the boats and was told they should be there but it would be confirmed. I kept following up but no confirmation. There were no lifejackets...
