Lots of small problems with the room. Oddest one; when we tried to follow the instructions to call the front desk to get the Internet password, the room phone had no dial tone because it had no cord to connect it to the phone jack. Also the desk chair was missing one of its five roller wheels (not broken - missing entirely), the tub had rust stains, the room darkening shade didn't fully cover the window so a lot of light leaked in (a problem when the window faces I-90), the toilet was not firmly affixed to the floor so it rattled when you sat on it (though it worked fine, no leak). Lots of minor stuff that didn't make it hard to stay there but how did all of this go unattended?
Nonetheless, for the price we were paying, we did feel like we got our money's worth. This was supposed to be get off the highway, sleep, quick breakfast, and get back on the road, and we got that.
