The food was terrible nearly the same food everyday
Food wasn't keep it hot as should be when its served
Even coffe just warm.
It was a virus around as some children were very ill including my child with a diarrhea and fevers and could be a food poison or something to do with the pool as we heard from another costumers.
My adivice is to avoid this hotel

Thank you for your comments. We have no food issues in our hotel. A sickness would normally affect all persons and not spread arround only children and you do mention a "virus". Pools are treated with the required products daily and respect all norms
The worst stay ever
Personnel was so rude. It is a Motel and not a hotel.
Food is a disaster. I feel like robbed, not worth the price$$$ at all. Trust me I spent more than 70 nights in hotels this year and this is by far the worst among them.
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SUCH A MOTEL TO ANY ONE. MY ADVICE IF YOUR READING THIS. GO LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE RIGHT Now
Hotel is run down, needs to be remodeled, Tv didn’t work, no air conditioning, bed sheets dirty,breakfast horrible, you will be disappointed if you go to this hotel, is not a 4 star hotel this is a minus 0 star hotel, will never comeback…

I stayed there 2 nights. Only Internet connection was poor. Every service is good. It is very clean. Good environment especially the area, I like it very much. I have introduced this hotel to my friends.

Disappointing
The hotel is ok, in need of a lot of work.
Cleanliness has a lot to be desired. Only basics carried out on daily basis. Still dirt and hair from previous occupants, even on last day of stay.

I was surprised that the hotel don't offer alcohol drinks since last January.
The food is so so, but the fruit pie is good.

The hotel was in a nice location with a nice pool. breakfast and dinner were included but very bland. only bad part was the hotel insisted on extra money, which I was forced to pay and hotels.com was not available or helpful at all to sort this problem out.

The pics of the hotel are very nice. The setting is great. However, don't be fooled by the good online prices. They attempt extortion at every chance. Despite our prepaid booking. They charges us a series of fees which doubled the cost of our rooms. Beware.
No way 5 star. Never again. Poor quality room dirty.

NEGATIVES:
From the reception staff that doesn't even welcome you with a smile or a look and answers the phone in the middle of your question...to the OUTREAGOUS Half-board formula that DOESN'T include water in its menu (oh that's right, Tunisia isn't a country where keeping yourself hydrated is important!!)...it's just a avalanche of disappointments! I also have to mention our tentative to play table tennis....15 Dinars to rent the table and equipment...for those who don't know, you can have an amazing Couscous in the medina for that price!
POSITIVES:
The Atruim of the hotel is splendid...hence the bigger disappointment!
The restaurant staff (and its managers) are, I have to say, very reponsive to feedback and seem to have the sense of costumer service that all the others don't have... perhaps they could train them!
The price remains competitive. But DO NOT tell me that "you get what you pay for", because Tunisia is a beautiful country where cheap hotels often come with great service!
Air didn't work the first night, shower head leaked all over, no do not disturb sign so we were woken up every morning by housekeeping! Old linens and towels and I do not recommend this place at all!! This is a 2 star hotel if that!
Die Unterkunft ist runtergekommen, alles was im Zimmer ist ist beschädigt oder schmutzig, Schimmel Geruch,Hygienisch null. Wir haben 3 mal das Zimmer gewechselt und eine war schlimmer als die andere.
Dieses Hotel verdient kein Stern und der Preis ist überteuert,30€ die Nacht wäre akzeptabel
Auch die Steuer wird hier doppelt kassiert.
Anscheint kassiert der Direktor nur Geld und hat keine Interessen wie sich die Gäste wohlfühlen.
Ich möchte mein Geld zurück

Excellent rapport qualité/prix, 128 euros pour 3 nuits dans une chambre avec balcon vu sur la mer et piscine. Personnel très accueillant et bienveillant.
La proximité de l'hôtel en pleine ville est un gros avantage pour faire balade, resto ou achat à pied.
Pas maniaque du ménage mais ça reste propre.
Très belle expérience globalement pour un premier séjour en solo hors de France 🙂

L'hotel e molto bello, anche il personale tutto sommato sono professionale Trane il cameriere in zona piscina,ordini una cosa ti porta l'altra, prende i soldi e non porta i resto. Il cibo a buffet ma qualità prezzo. Alcool non c'è proprio in tutto l'hotel. In ogni caso io lo consiglierei a un amico...

Là piscine est envahie par d’enfants des 16h00 jusqu’à 18h00 ils font des cours de natation (la piscine ferme à 18h00
Les chambres ne sont pas nettoyer tout les jours et les serviettes ne sont ramassées que tout les 2 jours
Le petit déjeuner n’est pas à volonté on ne peut même pas Demander un verre d’eau
L’hôtel ce fait vieux une rénovation ne serré pas de trop
Accueil Ok
Pas de wifi dans les chambres
Musique beaucoup trop forte
1 seule et chaîne en arabe pour la TV
On sent que l'Hôtel est sur l'économie ou en difficulté à cause du Covid.
Personnel de la restauration très sympathique et serviable
