「Had a great stay at Roots hotel at the end of April. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful, the rooms were super clean and facilities good. Great to have the kitchenette which was well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. The free coffee machine downstairs was great too with a pleasant seating area both indoors and out. First the positives: Great location close to the beach and beautiful views from the pool area ( Pool area service very helpful and attentive). 「Lovely hotel but I can really see why it’s a 4 star! I was by myself and found staff to be very nice and polite. The pinch points were the bar - just hire more staff. There was always a queue. I didn’t go all inclusive but food and drinks I thought was reasonably well ish priced. The other frustration was I got put in a room in the corner which was a bit sad. I understand it was their basic room but it just lacked the luxury a bit. The local area and cute shops are worth the short walk into...
