Beautiful room with a more beautiful view. Simone was was an excellent host, she went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Maison Lauren! The location is fantastic and Simona was incredible - very friendly, responsive and helpful with recommendations. The room is comfortable and the balcony was a lovely addition. We had an issue where there were some very small ants in the bathroom sink, but Simona and team took care of it immediately and they were gone. Overall, it was a great stay. The elevator is a bit small and feels unusual at first, but once you get used to it, between this and the stairs it is not too bad to get up to the top floor. We would recommend as a solid place to stay in the heart of Sorrento, with lovely hospitality.

We had the most amazing stay at Maison Lauren. We were greeted by the lovely owner Simona and shown around and given lots of recommendations for where to go. The room was beautiful. We stayed in the Green room as that was the only one left when booking. It is the only one without a balcony so was a little worried we would miss out sitting outside. I didn’t need to be! The view was absolutely amazing, even from the bathroom window. It was so hot we wanted to be inside with the aircon on anyway and really only used the room for sleeping and getting ready, otherwise we were out and about. I don’t think we could have picked a better place location wise either. Right at the beginning of Corso Italia and close to walk down to Marina Grande. Thank you again Simona for a wonderful stay. We hope to make it back at some point and maybe bring our children next time so will be looking at booking your apartment. X

We booked this hotel in August of 2024, and cancelled about 6-8 weeks later, as our travel plans changed. Per their add on Expedia, we had up to 90 days to cancel with refund. To this day, (6/27/2025), we have not seen a penny of our full payment of $2200.00. Please do not book this hotel unless you are 100% sure you will be staying here, and pray your plans don’t change or that nothing comes up where you’ll need assistance from them. Expedia has not been able to reach the hotel on our behalf, per their customer service. We have sent many emails and all have been unsuccessful getting a response. This hotel has been a complete nightmare to deal with! I would advise to stay somewhere else!

A wonderful stay in a colorful, unique hotel room in sorrento. Our host, Simona was very hospitable and courteous to us. The room was clean and such a good vibe with a great view. Also a great location and not loud at all.

Vittoria made our trip so much better with her insights and ideas! She literally mapped out all the places she recommended. The accommodations were beautiful and so close to everything. I recommend that Maison Lauren add instructions on how to use the towel bar warmer, the shutter shades, and chromotherapy lights in the shower. Also, let guests know that laundry is across the street, but doesn’t have a coin machine and the machine to pay with bills did not accept them. The neighboring shops will not give change, so be prepared to purchase something to get change. This is out of Maison Lauren’s control, but I wish I had known ahead of time. Finally, we had to find our own transportation to the airport, though thought we read at time of booking that shuttles were provided by Maison Lauren, for a fee, of course. Bottom line, we would absolutely stay at Maison Lauren again and highly recommend it!

Such a beautiful property, quiet, clean and welcoming. Victoria was absolutely wonderful, always with a smile and such helpful and great dining and attractions recommendations! The only things that we felt like were disadvantages were that there wasnt any parking arrangement and breakfast. We absolutely recommend staying here.

We stayed for two days and were overall happy with our choice. Great position, modern and clean. The only negatives were the stairs were very dark (four flights) to walk up and down and we couldn’t find lights anywhere. There was a lift but very small and barely two people could fit so it was easier to walk up the stairs but it’s definitely dangerous with no light. The shower was also very small but was fine otherwise. Very loud if you were sitting on the balcony but Sorrento is very busy so unavoidable.

We absolutely loved our stay, it was such a cute, clean and quaint place. Beautiful deck, we had street side which was a bit noisy but with the special blinds it canceled the noise. We had a super host Vittoria was great and provided us with awesome restaurants to go to. We were able to walk to ferries, the marina grande and train station within 15 to 20 minutes away. The lighting in the staircase was a little dark. But we would definitely recommend and go back.

The hotel was nice & clean. Simone was helpful and friendly, great location! Bed was very hard and sunlight came through bathroom glass door which made it very hot to use once the sun was up and had to keep bathroom door closed to prevent sunlight coming into room and waking us up early. No air conditioning in bathroom.
