Room service food was consistently cold and forgot my drink on one occasion. Front desk was very prompt to address any and all concerns. Several workers are fluent in both English and Portuguese. Top floor rooms either have a small bathroom and a balcony, or a window, larger room, and a large bathroom - the balcony is really cool, but the small bathrooms could’ve been a tad bigger.

No café teve dias que não tinha mamão nem banana, duas frutas indispensáveis. A água quente do chaveiro demorava muito pra esquentar de manhã. Tinha um fio de energia à vista na piscina. Precisa aquecer a água da piscina. Muita dificuldade pra falar com a área de reservas.
