THE VILLA HAS 3000 METERS OF LAND AND THE HOUSE IS 150 METERS OF CONSTRUCTION.
It is delivered impeccably, completely sanitized with quaternary ammonium for your peace of mind.
The house has a modern open concept design, it is ideal for small family
ON THE PROPERTY PASSES A SMALL RAVINE NEXT TO THE HOUSE.
THE AREA IS EXCLUSIVE, EXTREMELY PRIVATE AND QUIET WITH BEAUTIFUL AND LARGE PINES.
The MOST IMPORTANT THING IS the COOL and SUNNY CLIMATE.
You can enjoy Chorros such as Las Maidens and Cabuya, also hiking, viewpoints with incredible views. All this in a private area with 24-hour security, because Altos del María is a closed and private area where you can only access if you are a landlord or tenant. Altos del María is 1:15 hours from Panama City when there is not much traffic and has access to grocery stores and hardware stores around the corner from the house, passing the security checkpoint.
