Amazing home!

This home was amazing. We rented for a birthday get together and all agree we would absolutely rent again. Great location, beautiful view in backyard and comfy beds.

Fantastic, gorgeous stay!

We loved our stay here! The house is beautifully furnished, has gorgeous natural light, and had amazing views of the neighboring vineyard. The built-in patio speakers and ease of using AirPlay was a bonus. It was a great place to relax poolside and in the hot tub, and the kitchen was stocked with all gadgets and accessories needed to cook meals during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home and location

The home is well appointed with comfortable elegant furnishings. The backyard is spectacular and we used the outdoor kitchen and bacci court often. It was nice being only 2 miles from Sonoma square yet having stunning views of vines and mountains.

From the beginning to the end of our stay everything was as stated in the listing . Property is well appointed and the house features all worked well. I would not hesitate to stay here again…… we appreciate the care the owners provide for this home.

Lovely Property

The house was beautifully decorated and the layout was excellent for either a family or couples trip. The property itself feels very private and secluded, but yet it's incredibly close to Sonoma Square. Unfortunately there was an issue with the air conditioning system that was not able to be fixed during our trip, but I appreciate Vacasa being responsive on a holiday weekend.

Avoid Vacasa Vacation Property Managers Al all cost!

For the price of this rental and my history with VRBO I was extremely disappointed! The dishwasher did not work the entire vacation. Vacasa property management was unresponsive. Also, things like towels were really bad. These are not hard fixes and for the price of this property there should be no issues that are not immediately addressed!

Misleading and expected better for the price

We had high hopes for a trip to Sonoma for a girls weekend. We specifically picked this house as it checked all the boxes we wanted...a hot tub, pool, and privacy as we didn't want neighbors nearby to be bothered with our laughter we were sure to have. As soon as we got to the house we were surprised that it is absolutely surrounded in neighbors! Including one behind the house that is perfectly cropped out of the aerial view on the advertisment photo that was showing no one around. Upon entering the house, it is stunning and was as expected by the pictures. It was beautiful and perfect for 8 ladies to enjoy our time away. Unfortunately, the hot tub had green water and was cold, the pool was covered and we were unable to uncover it for any use, all the couches and chairs outside were also covered as it would be for winter but this is April and gorgeous outside, and the outdoor kitchen still had food in the sink left from the previous renter I assume. We also found a dirty bandaid on the pool deck and someone else's dry and used eye contacts on the floor in the house. All issues making us feel unwelcome and wondering how clean the property actually was. Not exactly relaxing especially during covid! The house itself was beautifully decorated we made the most of it. I wish above all else we could have been able to reach the property manager to discuss this but as of yet I still have not received any calls back or communication regarding what has happened. I called when we got to the house and discovered our issues and I was only given to voicemail at Vacasa! If I owned a house like this I would not be impressed with the rental management and their inability to be bothered to help anyone or be available when needed.

Sonoma Girl's Trip

Lovely home on a beautiful property, close to downtown Sonoma. We stayed here with 4 women and loved the house. Communication from customer service could be improved upon (this listing was managed by Vacasa) however once we were put in touch with the property manager for this specific property we were able to get quick assistance and had a wonderful stay (thank you, Danny!). Important to pay attention to the pool heating dates as those were not clear to us prior to booking. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this home!

The place for R&R or not

This lovely vineyard home has everything needed for the perfect stay! If you want to rest and relax there was the pool and lounge chairs. And if you wanted to go out, everything was nearby. The Chefs Kitchen was fabulous and very well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location for our girl’s trip

Beautiful Spacious Centrally Located

Beautiful home plenty large for family with several adults. The spacious kitchen/dining/living room area was amazing for common area. It opened to the pool area which was clean & easy to open/close cover. Towels were provided in each room which was very nice. Beds were especially comfortable. Plenty of driveway parking for 3 vehicles. The view from the pool was breathtaking! We will definitely rent this house again.

Wonderful Property, with a couple issues.

Absolutely beautiful property. However, had a mixed experience at the property. The lack of umbrellas and the issue with the pool cover not giving us access to the pool for a whole day was frustrating, especially given the expectations set by the photo. Aside from these issues, we had a wonderful stay. If you’re planning to stay, perhaps contacting the property beforehand to confirm the availability of specific amenities (umbrellas) and that the pool cover device has been replaced, not just repaired, could help ensure a smoother experience.

Great property but needs maintenance.

Great location, feels like a villa in the middle of Tuscany, surrounded by vineyards. Just beautiful! But the property has been well used and needs attention. I sent a private message to Vacasa regarding those issues and hope they take my comments into consideration. Right now, I would not recommend this property to my friends or family. But the home was spotless and mostly had what we needed. It's all about details, and this place needs to be repaired, updated and addressed.

Perfect Visitors House

Set up with lots to do and within walking distance (not a short walk) of Sonoma Square. RH furniture and all necessary appliances. One blind was broken but no big issue.
