for animal lovers - cute, little Bunkhouse attached to the horse barn
you love horses and dogs? Then this is the right place. Tiny, cozy Bunkhouse, directly attached to the barn about 1 mile of the town center. You can bring your horse (stalls available) and of course your pets. 1,1/2 bedrooms (sleeps 3), fully equipped kitchen, little patio and a pool at the main house. Lost to do and lots to see and great dining options in Sonoita and surrounding area. Wine tasting at our many vineyards, natural World Wonder Karchner Caves, legendary Tombstone, unique Bisbee, birding, fishing, hiking - just to name some. Stargazing at our clear nights is simply awesome. For horse people, we have two full-size Dressage arenas, stalls with pens, turnout and lessons available.

This place is quiet and peaceful. Great home base for the area since it sits right near the junction to Patagonia, Parker Canyon Lake, and out to Tombstone or Bisbee for tourist stuff. We’d absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a cozy place to relax.
Beautiful pastoral setting in the Sonoran desert. A cozy and well appointed bunkhouse perfect for a couple or solo traveler. Friendly loving horses and dogs greet you and check on you intermittently. Mature trees sway in the quiet breezes of the prairie. Lot’s of nature destinations in the area for birding and hiking. Lovely hosts available to give recommendations or answer questions.
Comfortable and welcoming place, was so wonderful to be greeted by the friendly horses! We felt right at home and enjoyed the dark skies full of stars at night. The dog also loved roaming around off leash on the beautiful grounds!
Really enjoyed our stay here. Check in process was super easy and the property was as described. The location, although rustic and off the beaten path, is in fact just minutes from 'downtown' sonoita and as such it was very convenient. I would definitely stay here in the future.
The property is on a beautiful ranch about a mile from Sonoita town center. Easy access, our dogs were welcomed and it’s a very quiet place. We loved it.
this bunkhouse is the perfect place for a short stay in Sonoita. The location is beautiful and convenient, the hosts friendly and accommodating - and of course, it's always great to find pet-friendly stays! Highly recommend!
My girlfriend and I were in town for a horse show and thought, oh how cute a lil bunkhouse off a barn, its perfect! From the comfy beds, to the quaint kitchen stocked with delicious water and German coffee, we had everything we needed and the peace and quiet we wanted. Seeing the horses out the window while drinking my coffee was an added bonus! Loved our stay and will stay there again for the next show!
Lovely fun bunkhouse. It has everything you need and is so charming. We stayed only one night but wished we could stay longer. It is on a quiet peaceful ranch very near the wineries just outside Sonoita. The host was very kind and gave us suggestions on restaurants and things to see. We highly recommend this great property.
Delightful stay on very quiet horse dressage ranch in Sonoitawell off the beaten path (just how I like it) accommodating hosts plus their elder horses & 5 very friendly dogs. The bunkhouse is cute & quaint with a beautiful outside covered patio for morning coffee or late night star gazing with a guaranteed visit from Rudy plus his dog buddies! The bunkhouse kitchenette is well appointed with everything you would need, coffee maker, toaster oven, 2 burner cook top, microwave and full sized fridge....it does not have an oven but there is a toaster oven and a gas grill outside. Surrounded by acres of rolling hills and peace & quiet but only 10 minutes to Sonoita Center PLUS all the wineries are within reasonable driving distance. Scarlett & Guy are awesome hosts!
We loved the hosts, the accomodations, all of it. We had a relaxing stay, the owners are warm and welcoming and made sure our stay was perfect. We definitely recommend this bunkhouse. A veautuful, warm space
This was a delightful rental to visit. The owner was kind and helpful when contacted. The place was charming and we enjoyed the outside patio area as well. There was even a basket of snack to enjoy.
Cute little bunkhouse was perfect for what we needed. Scarlett was very quick to respond to questions, and she met us when we arrived. We were fortunate enough to get to meet her horses as well. Our dogs were welcome and no issues. We only stayed overnight, but I wish we had stayed another night.

The location was fabulous. We love to hike and bird and this place was close to so many gorgeous spots. Scarlett and Guy were lovely hosts and gave us some good tips. We had a wonderful time.
I loved the ranch experience and the quiet! Very cute place, friendly dogs running around. Woke up to a horse outside the front door looking for mom for breakfast! It was great!
My mom and I stayed for 2 nights while we were wine tasting in Sonoita. The bunkhouse was quiet, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We loved visiting with Scarlett, Guy, the friendly dogs, and beautiful horses.
