"The apartment is actually better than it appears online. The owner was very gracious when meeting us at check-in and explained everything thoroughly. The apartment is probably the best equipped one we have ever rented and the owners thought of every detail in the amenities provided. The location couldn't be better with a short walk into town to restaurants and the center of town."

"This was our second stay with Helmut and Helga. They are terrific hosts, very helpful and responsive, and the apartment is spacious, clean and convenient. "Without being noticed , i found out that the location of the accomodation would be unknown until the day of arrival in Livigno. This is a issue that gives you the greatest discomfort . We were a bunch of friends, in diferent locations.I stayed at Roullete and I was not able to have Any ideea about my location until the day I arrived.(in spițe of the fact that when I booked I ve seen some pictures from the interior that Belongs to some other location. The worst thing is that they never notice...

"This place is so cute. Under construction but we didn’t see anyone working on anything. Lobby looks to be under construction. Mara text us as soon as we got off the train and gave directions to the hotel. Checked in quick and dropped our stuff off and went to an amazing dinner. Apartment was comfy and spacious! We sat on the balcony and shared a bottle of wine we took away from the restaurant! "

We were upgraded to a very spacious room for our stay, which was a nice surprise. The restaurant owned by the same family was excellent for both dinner and breakfast.
