"Ruhig gelegenes Haus am Hang mit privatem Garten in angenehmer Wohngegend. Es war etwas weiter vom Meer entfernt, als wir von den Fotos her dachten, aber der Strand war gut erreichbar und wunderschön mit kleinen Dünen und Strandgras. Auch Ende Oktober konnte man noch gut baden. Das Haus war sauber, und gut ausgestattet. Ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk mit Lebensmitteln hat uns erwartet. Die vorbereiteten Laken waren uns zum Zudecken zu wenig nachts, in den Schränken waren aber Wolldecken zu finden. Die Betten waren bequem. Ein kleines sanitäres Problem wurde nach Anfrage sofort erledigt und auch hier kam als Entschädigung eine Aufmerksamkeit. Aussicht fantastisch ! Kleiner Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe, ein sehr großer ca 20 Minuten entfernt. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Restaurants gab es nicht so große Auswahl bzw ein Teil war schon saisonal geschlossen. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in dem Ferienhaus und uns hat nichts gefehlt. Lage war ideal mitten in der Insel, alles gut zu erreichen. "

"The villa lived up to its description on the website. It felt like a home rather than the standard holiday firm rental villas. The standard was far superior to what I have previously experienced in Menorca. The host Gerald responded immediately to any queries and was very helpful with our late arrival and late departure. Although the villa has other villas nearby, it was very private and quiet. The view of the sea from the upstairs bedroom balcony was wonderful. We didn't have a car and so walked to the restaurants and beach. Because the villa is slightly uphill, this proved tiring for my friend in the heat. It would be something to bear in mind if you have mobility issues and don't have a car. There is a lovely bakery/cafe not far from the villa. The beach is about a 15 minute walk but is worth it. The sea is crystal clear. "

"Brilliant location - okay this is a big tourist development, but spacious, and the villa is sited high up with fabulous views out to sea. Internal layout and amenities excellent for our group of seven; shopping (for food) and beach within easy reach (if involving steep uphill walk on return!).Very quiet, not disturbed by neighbours. Strongly tempted to return!"

"it was very clean, had enough parking and the stuff was friendly. The rooms should have more trash bins for recycling (only 1), pool towels would also be good. This website shows that the checkout time is at 12 pm, but the hotels own website shows 11 am on one page and 12 pm on the other page, which was confusing, so I asked the reception and 11 am Easter correct time for checkout. It was also confusing for other guests and should be fixed. Otherwise, a very nice and relaxing place, would stay again."
