「The hotel exceeded our expectations, our room was clean, comfortable and had a lake view. The staff was kind and professional, especially Georgina, who helped us find an excellent room after the first one they assigned us only had a partial view of Lake Balaton. The SPA was also great, but what really impressed us was the abundance of varied, special and delicious foods. I would rank the culinary experience, what we had in the hotel into the top five out of the hundreds of hotels we have stayed...

「チェックインを担当した男性だけは説明不足で不安な印象でしたが、その方以外の方は丁寧にわかりやすく対応してくれました。 へーヴィーズ温泉湖に行きたいために徒歩圏内のこちらのホテルに宿泊しましたが、ホテル内のSPA施設も充実していて楽しめました。 また、夕食と朝食のメニューも充実していました。 施設内の地下駐車場は満車に近く、大きな車も多くて停めるのが大変でした。車で行く方は早い時間に駐車される方が停めやすいと思います。」
