"The Tropicana was great as far as the amenities and staff helpfulness, and a great place for families with children too. The only problem is that housekeeping was extremely slow to bring supplies and didn’t clean our room until the last day we were there which we turned down because we had already cleaned and about to check out anyway. We had to request multiple times for amenities including towels, washcloths, sheets, garbage bags, and rolls of bathroom tissue. If housekeeping had been better I would have given a 5 star."

"I absolutely loved my room and the view! If you someone with a lot of luggage, getting from the parking garage to the hotel lobby is laborious and can get confusing depending what level you park on… Also, if I’m paying almost $600 a night for a room I should ABSOLUTELY have hot water! That was unacceptable for me."
