Great location and staff, but a persistent damp odor ruined the stay.
Pros:
Superb location in Tbilisi, making it very easy to get around.
The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful.
Visually, the room appeared clean upon arrival.
Cons:
Persistent damp/musty odor throughout the room that lingered all night, even with the window open.
The smell unfortunately transferred to my clothing overnight, making for an uncomfortable sensory experience.
Bottom Line:
This has the potential to be a very good hotel given the staff and location, but the dampness issue needs serious attention from management for rooms to be truly comfortable.

"The swimming pool is small, and the floor gets very slippery when wet. The locker room and gym are very nice. The location is excellent and close to everything. Unfortunately, the main road is under maintenance, but it's still easy to get anywhere from here."
