We arrived to an empty reception area and it took a while for a staff member to greet us and check our reservation.
After check in he was very pleasant and helped us arrange dinner at the hotel

I gave a negative rating because upon checking in, they informed they had no rooms available. Then why did they book it?!? They said they’d refund within one week, and after 10 days, still no refund.

Very tiny apartment on ground level.
It's comfy but cleanliness could be improved, especially the floor, it didn't look as it had been swept or mopped at all. Bathroom has a bad smell and the bed does not have such a frame, so you're pretty much lying through the mattress that is only being held by the bed frame itself. But kitchen is well equipped and it's warm inside. I think it's a bit overpriced though for this size in comparison to other apartment-like accommmodations we've stayed in all over Georgia. Self check-in and out with pincode for keybox, i find that very convenient.
